I have recently installed Firefox 1.0.6, hoping the bugs that caused me problems in the older version would be fixed in it. But to my dismay, the new version has its own problems as well. I can say it is a bit faster than the previous ine, but, say, opening a new window on an old and not-so-powerful computer like mine still takes forever. Moreover, in the past 24 hours it crashed 3 or 4 times already – which is really bad if you have like a dozen tabs open and half the links you don’t want to lose. Of course when it crashes, most likely the links won’t be saved in the history. Well, it’s getting there slowly, and hopefully some day all the vital things will be fixed. I should probably start reporting bugs to Mozilla…
